6. The grounding wire is a temporary grounding device. (1) When connecting the grounding wire: connect the grounding clip first, and then connect the electric clip; when removing the grounding wire, the electric clip must be disassembled first, and then the grounding clip must be disassembled according to the procedure.
(2) Installation: Fix the double-eye copper nose on the grounding soft copper wire on the phase-separated phase to the corresponding position of the power connection clip on the ground rod (the power-connection clip has a fixed and movable type), and connect the single-eye copper nose on the grounding wire. Fixed on ground clips or ground pins to form a complete set of ground wires.
(3) Verify that the voltage level of the ground rod is consistent with the voltage level of the operating equipment.
(4) Grounding soft copper wire has split-phase type and combined type, and grounding rod has flat-mouth type and double-reed hook type clip.
Before using the portable short-circuit grounding wire, you should first check the power supply to confirm that the power has been cut off, and then confirm that there is no voltage on the equipment. First connect the grounding clamp to the grounding grid or flat iron piece, and then use the grounding rod to tighten the wire ends on the equipment wires respectively. When removing the shorted ground wire, the sequence is reversed from the above.
The distance between the installed short-circuit grounding wire and the live equipment, taking into account the influence of the grounding wire pendulum, the safe distance should not be less than the value newly stipulated in the "Electrical Safety Work Regulations".
It is strictly forbidden to use the method of winding to make a grounding short circuit without using a wire clip.
If there is a grounding point at the suspension point, use a grounding clip or a special copper rod for grounding connection; if there is no fixed grounding point available, a temporary grounding point can be used, and the grounding electrode should be buried underground at a depth of not less than 0.6m.
The portable short-circuit grounding wire should be kept properly. Before each use, it should be carefully checked whether it is in good condition, the soft copper wire is not exposed, and the nut is not loose, otherwise it should not be used.
The inspection cycle of portable short-circuit grounding wire is once every five years, and the inspection items are the same as the factory inspection. The portable short-circuit grounding wire that has passed the test should be judged according to the magnitude of the short-circuit current and the appearance inspection after being short-circuited, and generally should be scrapped.
The selection of the high-voltage grounding wire is mainly determined according to the voltage level and the high-voltage grounding wire under the use environment.
