Insulated PVC sheathed power cable,The cables are used for power transmission and distribution systems with rated voltages of 0.6/1, 1.8/3, 3.6/6, 6/10, 8.7/10, 8.7/15, 12/20, 21/35, 26/35KV.
1. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed power cables (YJV, YJLV) are suitable for indoors, tunnels, pipes, and buried in soil (not subject to mechanical force)
2. XLPE insulated, steel tape armored PVC sheathed power cables (YJV22, YJLV22) are suitable for indoor, tunnel, pipe penetration, and buried in soil
3. XLPE insulated, steel wire armored PVC sheathed power cables (YJV32, 42, YJLV32, 42) are suitable for shafts, water, places with drop, and can withstand external forces)

Product Instructions for Use

A) during normal operation of cable, the maximum conductor temperature shall be 70ºC for PVC insulation and 90ºC for XLPE insulation.
B) Maximum temperature of conductor during short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds) :
PVC insulation -- 160ºC for conductor cross section ≤300mm2, 140ºC for conductor cross section > 300mm2; Crosslinked PVC insulation at 250ºC.
C) When laying cables, the ambient temperature shall not be less than 0ºC, and the minimum allowable bending radius is as follows:
Single core cable: unarmored 20D, armored 15D
Multi-core cable: 15D for unarmored, 12D for armored
Where: D- actual outer diameter of cable.
D) Cable breaking force:
Aluminum core cable: 40×S (N)
Copper core cable: 70×S (N)
Note: S is the total cross-sectional area of the conductor

6. The maximum rated temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C, and the maximum temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5S) does not exceed 250°C.
