FBY (YBT) series of explosion-proof press-in axial-flow local ventilators for mines are mainly used for press-in local ventilation in coal mines containing explosive hazards of gas or coal dust. This product is also suitable for metal mines, chemical Mines, tunnels and other factories and mines where fans are used. The temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 40ºC, the temperature should not exceed 95±3% (25ºC) and it is non-corrosive. This series of fans are explosion-proof, and the explosion-proof mark is ExdI.

Product features and Use environmet:

Features:  
1. The structure of this series of fans is mine explosion-proof axial flow type:  the fan consists of seven parts, including collector, impeller, motor, explosion-proof junction box, body, air outlet,  and muffler (YBT-X). The body and structural parts are welded with steel plates;  the direct mode between the motor and the impeller is adopted, and the transmission is reliable;  the structure of the whole machine is simple and compact, sturdy and durable,  safe to use and easy to maintain.
2. The motor is a YB series mine flameproof two-pole three-phase asynchronous motor  with a voltage of 380/660V. The motor base and the body are welded into one body,  and the motor is directly cooled by the airflow delivered by the impeller.
3. The junction box of the motor is placed  outside the body,  which is convenient for wiring. There are six terminals and one ground terminal in the junction box. The user selects  the wiring method according to the power supply voltage requirements;  when the power supply voltage is 380V, the △ connection method is adopted, and when the power supply voltage is 660V,  the Y connection method is adopted. All are connected by △.
4. The flange of the fan body is welded with grounding bolts  for direct use on site.
5. On the flange of the muffler, evenly distributed small holes are drilled,  which are used to connect the reducing short joint or directly connect the colloidal air duct. When connecting the fan  and the colloidal air duct with a reducing sub joint,  the type of the reducing sub joint can be made into a convergent type or a diffusion type.
 Operating conditions of  axial flow fan: 1. The ambient temperature is - 15 ºC~+40 ºC;  
2. The relative temperature of ambient air is not more than 90% (+25 ºC);
 3. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;  
4. No strong vibration and corrosive gas;  
5. It shall be installed in the air inlet roadway of the coal mine with explosive gas.
