JLS-10 outdoor oil-immersed metering box JLS-6/10/35 high-voltage metering box (combined transformer) (hereinafter referred to as metering box) is suitable for three-phase AC network with rated voltage of 10kV and rated frequency of 50-60Hz. For electric energy measurement, it consists of a combined transformer and an electric meter box. JLS-10 outdoor oil-immersed metering box high-pressure metering box (combination transformer) is suitable for rural irrigation and drainage stations, township enterprises , processing plants, small and medium-sized factories, mining areas, transportation and other enterprises and institutions, as well as forestry and infrastructure construction sites. The measurement of the power generation of the small power station or the measurement of the mutual transmission of electric energy when the power grid of the small power station is connected to the network.
Combination transformers consist of two or three single-phase voltage transformers and current transformers. The insulating medium is 25# transformer oil, and the primary and secondary outlet ends are installed on the panel with porcelain bushings. The meter box is installed on the side of the combined transformer and consists of one meter and one reactive meter.
The JLS-6/10 metering box is improved on the basis of the old similar products. A moisture-proof device is added to the fuel tank cover, which can effectively prevent external moisture from entering the oil and prolong the service life of the product . Product features and scope of use
1. The iron core of the voltage transformer is an outer iron type, which is made of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets.
2. The iron core of the current transformer is an inner iron type, which is made of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and the primary and secondary coils are installed on the iron core column.
3. The primary leads of the voltage and current transformers are drawn out for wiring through the conductive rods in the porcelain sleeve. The voltage and current transformers are fixed on the pallet, the pallet is hoisted on the box cover through the support rod, and is immersed in the transformer oil.
4. The high-voltage lead bushing and the secondary lead bushing are installed on the tank cover, and the oil drain plug grounding bolt is installed on the side of the fuel tank.
5. The instrument box is installed on the front of the fuel tank, with an observation window and a lead seal hole on it.
6. The compound ratio metering box adopts the double-change ratio compound type, which is convenient for more indirect and efficient work when changing the ratio.
7. According to the measurement principle of complex transformation ratio, the V/V-12 wiring method is adopted, the secondary point b in the voltage loop is grounded, and the tail end of the A.C phase current secondary loop in the current loop is grounded. Inside the complex ratio metering box, the tail end of the current secondary circuit and the point b at the end of the voltage secondary circuit have been connected to one point, but not grounded. When the meter is actually connected to measure, this point (b) should be reliably grounded.
