Product features and scope of use
1. The iron core of CKSC dry-type iron core series reactor adopts high-quality imported silicon steel sheet,  the core column is divided into uniform small sections through multiple air gaps,  and the air gap is isolated by epoxy cloth board to ensure the long-term operation of the air gap in the reactor. down  without change.

3. The coil is of epoxy casting type,  and epoxy glass mesh cloth is laid inside and outside the coil for reinforcement. The F-class epoxy casting system is  used for casting in a vacuum state. The coil not only has good insulation performance,  but also has high mechanical strength and can withstand High current shock and hot and cold shock without cracking. 
4.  The epoxy casting coil does not absorb water, has low partial discharge,  and can operate safely in harsh environmental conditions.

Compared with traditional oil-immersed reactors  and air-core reactors, dry-type reactors are smaller in size, and have the characteristics of light weight,  small footprint,  simple structure and convenient installation. 
7. The temperature resistance level reaches class F (155ºC);  during normal operation,  the temperature rise of the iron core and coil of the dry-type iron core reactor does not exceed 90K. 8. The dry-type  iron core reactor can run for a long time at 1.35 times the rated current. 
9. The noise of dry-type iron core reactor is  not greater than the industry standard. 
10. The withstand voltage level of dry-type iron-core reactors complies with  the provisions of JB5346-1998 "Series Reactors". Applicable working conditions (1) Altitude ≤ 1500 meters 
(2) Ambient  temperature -25ºC ~ +40ºC (3) Relative humidity≤90%
