Product Description
There are many types of arrester, including metal oxide arrester, line type metal oxide arrester, gapless line type metal oxide arrester, fully insulated composite sheath metal oxide arrester and detachable arrester.
The zinc oxide arrester for power transmission line is an overvoltage protector, which is small in size and light in weight, and convenient in transportation. The zinc oxide arrester has good protection performance. With the good nonlinear volt ampere characteristics of zinc oxide, the current flowing through the arrester under normal working voltage is very small. When the overvoltage acts, the resistance drops sharply, and the overvoltage energy is released to achieve the protection effect. The difference between this lightning arrester and the traditional lightning arrester is that it has no discharge gap, uses the non-linear characteristics of zinc oxide to discharge and disconnect, has superior performance, strong anti pollution, good hydrophobicity, anti-aging, resistance to leakage traces and resistance to electrical erosion. It is mainly used to protect various electrical equipment (transformer, switch, capacitor, wave trap, mutual inductor, generator, electric power, power cable, etc.) in railway electrification system, power system and communication system from atmospheric overvoltage, switching overvoltage, power frequency transient overvoltage, etc. It is the basis of power system insulation coordination.
6~220 kv AC transmission and transformation lines are connected to both ends of insulators (strings) in parallel with suspended organic composite jacket oxygen oxide arrester. It is a new type of arrester specially designed for suspension installation on transmission poles and towers to limit line lightning overvoltage, improve line lightning withstand level, and reduce the tripping rate caused by lightning failure of the system.
Zinc oxide arrester is a lightning protection equipment with superior protection performance, pollution resistance, light weight and stable valve performance. Metal oxide arrester (MOA) is an important protective appliance used to protect the insulation of power transmission and transformation equipment from overvoltage. It has the advantages of fast response, flat volt ampere characteristics, stable performance, large current carrying capacity, low residual voltage, long life, simple structure, etc., and is widely used in power generation, transmission, transformation, distribution and other systems.
Scope of application:
1. Transmission lines with low lightning withstand level and high lightning trip rate
2. Arid, rainless hills, mountains and other areas, which are not suitable for maintenance
3. Towers and areas with high grounding resistance
4. Large span river crossing tower
5. The switching overvoltage is high, and it is necessary to restrict the situation before entering the substation
